Hi, I’m Jamie Ames, C.H.N.,
and I am Certified in Holistic Nutrition™. You can find me living near a beautiful Canadian mountain range in Calgary, Alberta, and I am so pleased you have stopped by.
As a Holistic Practitioner I help people reconnect to their truest form of health through nutrition, mindset, and their natural surroundings. Clearing away the noise and what’s trending, I work with clients to determine what lifestyle and whole foods best suit them. Optimal nutrition looks different for every human. My integrative approach encourages mindfulness, accountability, and reconnecting to self.
I work closely with my clients to provide practical, easy-to-incorporate tools into their daily lives. My goal for my clients is that they feel at their optimal health and know that they are connected to their place in the world.
When I am not working with my nutrition clients, I am working with event clients. I have been in the event industry for over 10 years, in many different sectors such as corporate, non-profit, oil & gas, and social.
Lastly, and arguably most importantly, when I am not working I love to explore and travel. I have spent extended periods of time overseas - in Asia, Europe and Central America. And I can say, I am truly fascinated by other cultures, new foods, and nature’s beauty. Even when I am at home, I find joy and excitement in exploring the mountain ranges and lakes nearby. I also enjoy spending time with loved ones, and sharing laughs with friends over delicious food.
